To whom it may concern,

I am a new graduate nurse with several years of experience in the emergency department for
Carroll Hospital Center. I believe that I can be a great asset to your team, and I am very excited
for the possibility to work with you.

I will graduate from Carroll Community College in the end of May of 2019 with my associates
in nursing. I am also currently taking classes at Towson University, and plan to graduate with my
Bachelor’s in Nursing in May of 2020. As I have mentioned before, I have several years of
experience in the emergency department at Carroll Hospital through different capacities. I was a
medical scribe for three years, a patient care technician for one year, and have recently started as
a nurse intern. It was because of my work that I realized I wanted to be a nurse to help patients
through times of need, and it has made me appreciate the complexity that is healthcare. Through
these experiences, I have gained insight into myself as a nurse and have developed my thoughts
and morals related to nursing.

I am very interested in your position, and I believe I would be a valuable member of your
healthcare team. I am extremely enthusiastic about medicine, and I am always interested in
