STS as a manufacturer appointed Hitech as a Sub-contractor for

RT & RTFI. RT crew will perform RT at STS shop. RTFI is different
person who will only review films and endorse the report.

Approval of RTFI - NDE personal is not mandatory as per

Refer response. specification and RTFI approval requirement specifically not
mentioned in MR. however we will provide RTFI - Hitech CV for
review.

Please note SP1173 specification asks for independent person

not Independent party. Hence, Manufacturer RTFI requirement is
not in a part of STS scope. if it is mandatoryly required it shall be
considered as additional scope upon agreement with cost and
delivery impact.
