RE : Incident Report – Cancelled Flight

This is in reference of my Cancelled Flight No. DG 6118 under airline Cebu


Pacific from Naga to Manila dated March 21, 2019 at 3:05 PM which was included in my
Business Travel Authorization (March 18-21, 2019) for the Job Fair in Polangui, Albay.

I was at the Pre-departure area in Naga Airpor that day waiting for the boarding
when the CebPac personnel announced to all Flight DG 6118 passengers that the flight
was cancelled due to Aircraft Mainentance problem. I immediately called and inform my
colleagues and superior about this that moment and was told to check what are the
possible options.

We were asked to proceed to Cebu Pacific counter check-in for them to assist
us on what to do. I was given an option, either to Refund or Rebook my flight booking for
that day. I chose to Re-book with any earlier flights available but they told me that the
earliest flight available going back to Manila is at Legazpi to Manila at 6:25 AM. March
22, 2019, Flight No. 5J 322. Then, I decided to take that flight as my option.

Cebu Pacific answered all our expenses which includes food, transportation from
Naga to Legazpi, and Hotel accommodation for us to stay that night.

I was able to go back to Manila safely on March 22, 2019 in the morning.

Attached also herewith is the Flight Status of DG6118 flight to Manila from Naga.
