Fill in the grid with numbers from 1 to 9 (from 1 to 6 in the smaller grid) so that each number occurs at most once in
each row, column and 3x3 block.
As in a Black-out Sudoku, each row, column and block contains one black cell. That black cell defines sequences of
numbers. As in Japanese Sums, clues outside the grid give the sums of the numbers appearing in each sequence, in
order (from left to right or from top to bottom).
Moreover, inequalities in the grid must be exact.

One or more horizontal or vertical lines are drawn from each numbered square. Lines cannot cross other numbered
squares. Each number indicates how many squares are connected by its lines; the numbered squares themselves are
not counted. Lines cannot overlap or intersect each other, and each empty square is covered by exactly one line.
Fill in the grid.

Starting from the top left cell (containing a star), draw a continuous line forming the indicated word for the grid
(associated with French food). The line must connect letters in order (ignore spaces) ; it cannot overlap nor cross
itself.
For the smaller grids, 5 points are allocated for each solved grid. The larger grid (“Vol au vent”) is worth 10 points on
its own.

Place some light bulbs in the grid. Each numbered black cell indicates how many lights bulbs are adjacent to that cell.
The light bulbs emit rays that travel in a straight line in each direction until they hit a black cell or the edge of the
grid. Each white cell must be illuminated by a light bulb, and any two light bulbs must not illuminate each other.
One grid is hexagonal ; the other one is a square.

Fill in the grid so that every row (in any of the three directions) contains different digits : from 1 through 7 for the
first grid and from 1 through 9 for the second grid.
If absolute difference between two digits in neighbouring cells equals 1, then they’re separated by a white dot.
If digit from one cell is half the digit of the neighbouring cell, then they’re separated by a black dot. The digits 1 and 2
can be separated by either a white or a black dot.

The grid is made up of magnetic and non-magnetic plates. Each magnetic plate has two halves : one positive (+) and
one negative (−). Halves with the same symbol cannot be horizontally or vertically adjacent.
The numbers outside the grid indicate how many magnetic halves of each kind can be found in that row or column.
Some numbers have been erased. Each time the number of positive halves is equal to the number of negative halves
in a row / column, the symbol = appears outside the row / column. Find the polarity of all magnets.

The grid represents a group of skyscrapers. Each row and column contains 6 skyscrapers of different heights from 1
to 6. The numbers outside the grid indicate how many skyscrapers are visible from that direction (a building located
behind a taller one in the same row is completely hidden).
All given numbers around the grid are false. They’re either one more or one less than the actual numbers. There is as
many “one more” clues as “one less” clues in the whole grid.
Inequality should be verified.
