Executive Summary
EyeTee Studio Software Company is a start-up organization providing services of animations,
mobile games and apps development. EyeTee Studio’s vision is to create the finest education and
entertainment software, 3D games, animated movies and applications for the ease and the
entertainment of the people. We will develop a variety of applications that will attract the people
and will help them out to solve their daily life problems. 3D games and animated movie chains
for the entertainment of people. We will deal with the customer’s need and satisfaction. We will
make the learning easy for the students by providing them various animation on different
educational stuff on different level for the practice and learning of complex and difficult
concepts and algorithms.

Our target in market is about to animate most of educational content to understand student
pedagogically and working on animated movie series, dramas and promotional videos. We
provide 3D, 2D games for user entertainment and application to solve their daily life problems.
We expect a high degree of profitability based on our plan. Our business main goal is to become
one of the leading animation and 3D gaming studios in the industry and we will make sure that
every production job that leaves our company can favorable compete with the best in the
industry.

Based on the size of our market and our defined market area, our sales projection in last 5 month
was RS.305, 800. In which we have paid our employee upto175, 500. Now our company have
one trained employee. We have long term clients already, one for gaming and 2nd for animation.
Our accounts for gaming and application are running over the play store, we started in 5/4/2018.
Now our revenue on that is reached up to 200$/month. Our entertainment work is also
continuous and our YouTube channel is also approved by the AdSense this month we have
reached up to 87$ in it.

On startup, we have invested on our software company up to 80,000.Now we have required up to


11, 00000 to setup up our plan.

The total value of global animation industry was US$ 254 billion in 2017 and is projected to
reach US$ 270 billion by 2020.

The demand for animation and gaming has expanded with the increase in targeted broadcasting
hours by cable and satellite TV, availability of low cost internet access, penetration of mobile
devices along with the growing popularity of streaming video. In addition, the demand for
Animation and gaming content to power immersive experiences such as Augmented Reality and
Virtual Reality is growing exponentially.
By taking survey of Pakistan Jolta tech, we found that their monthly revenue by some Google
play account was 30,00,000 in 2018 while the beginner company also have their startup revenue
up to 200,000-800,000

The size of streaming market for animation content was US$ 2.4 Billion in 2017 and is growing
at an annual rate of 8%. The size of global video gaming industry was US$ 92 billion in 2017.
Global E-Sports industry is growing at the rate of 30% YoY & is predicted to be a billion-dollar

We are going to provide animation, games and apps product. In animation our main aim is to put our
struggle directly to educational way, so that we can cover-up all the field of education like engineering,
medical as well as business so that all people male/female of any age, religion can get easy help to
understand conceptual or any technical concept from animation free of cost or just by paying little amount
to the company. They can access our content anywhere in the world, from any country. Our products are
not only for Pakistan, our target is to provide this guidance stuff to the world. Moreover our short series
animation clip would also contain stuff related to the entertainment and history also. In long term story
base animation, we mainly target the movies and drama industry. More-over all people can enjoy by
watching our entertainment stuff at home at any cinema. People of different age, passion, religion can

focusing on full length story movies. But we are focusing on short length story animation on
different stuff in start so we make our own brand then move towards full length movies.

have to promote the film and drama industry in Pakistan still in Pakistan 2 animated movie are just
released. First we want to lead in animation in Pakistan then we want to compete with international
market.

In game and apps development we want to develop such application that are very useful for mankind like
Uber, Careem, daraz.pk, OLX, Social apps Facebook, Instagram and twitter. As they released their own
product in last few years and now they are leading the whole world. Similarly we are also working on

EYETEE studio software company exit with taking account all asset and account revenue
average of last 3 months. Any Shareholder willing to purchase EYETEE Studio, he must be
given 30% revenue from each of the account to EyeTee studio till the account is live and have to
pay the market value of account that he is going to buy by 3 months average revenue up to one
year. Moreover he have to pay the asset value according to the market value.
