Dress for Success

Yes, Professional attire is half the battle won!

Some of the perceptions that people form based on your appearance are
Professionalism & Credibility. As a client- centric organization, we expect all our
employees to present a professional image to our clients, prospects, and the public
at all times. We encourage you all to start adhering to the following Grooming
Standards:

FORMAL WEAR (MONDAY TO THURSDAY)

Attire: Unacceptable:
1) Indian formal wear: • Ill fitted clothes (Tight/Baggy).
• Salwar suits, chudidars, sarees are allowed.
• Jeans, Jeggings and Capris.
• Saree / Salwar suit should be in conservative colors. It should look professional.
• Indecent/plunging necklines.
2) Western formal wear:
• Formal shirts, formal kurtis and blazers with formal trousers or skirts are allowed. • High side slits of the kameez/ kurta.
• Skirts should be knee length (mandatory). • Tops/kurtis of transparent /
• Belts must be worn with trousers and shirts if there are belt loops.

• Ensure that the shoes are of basic color and well coordinated with clothes.
• Footwear must be clean, well-maintained and polished. • Bright flashy colored shoes or sandals.

Note:
During the monsoons, you can wear slippers/chappals while commuting, and carry a • Athletic shoes / Casual shoes.

1) Shirts: • Ties with cartoon characters or

2) Trousers & Belt: • Bright/gaudy colors.
• Trousers must be in dark to medium color tones (black, brown, navy blue, gray or beige).
• Belts should be in good condition and should have a formal buckle.
• Generally, your trousers should be a contrast to the color of your shirt and belts
should match with your shoes.

Note:
As brand ambassadors of Aranca, a blazer or suit or formal attire should be worn as
demanded by the occasion (formal function, Client meets, Corporate Events etc.)

Footwear: Unacceptable:
• Formal shoes with socks. • Floaters and plastic/rubber slippers.
• Socks must be in dark colors (black, brown, dark blue or gray) and coordinated
• White socks / Sports Socks.

• Hair should be conservative, well maintained and cut short.


• Moustaches / beards neatly trimmed or clean shaven daily.
• Nails should be clean and dirt free.
• Nails should be cut short and filed neatly.
• No visible body art i.e. Tattoos or piercing.
