The Online Transcription Information

Are you ready to practice your transcription? I include a few ways you can practice transcribing
consonants, vowels, words, and phonological processes.

To use each module, follow these steps:

1. Download each zip folder on to your computer.
2. Unzip the contents of the file and save them on your computer.
If you don’t unzip the content, the html file possibly may not work properly on
your computer.
3. Open each folder and click on the index.html file.
A new tab will open on your browser, and you can click through the lessons and
then take the quiz.
Make sure the volume settings on your computer are loud enough so you can hear
the recordings.
4. Click anywhere on the screen to get started.
You can navigate where you want to go from the Menu.
5. In order to see and hear the word, click on the blue arrows at the bottom right
of the screen.
To see the broad, narrow, and alternate transcriptions, click anywhere on the
screen.
