CORPORATE STRATEGIES :- The Corporate strategy of Dabur is to expand its business in South
East Asia,Middle East Asia and Africa. Dabur focuses on being consumer’s most preferable
brand and to show its existence on social media and to spill over the media. Dabur is also trying
to overcome tariff barriers by promoting 100% subsidiaries and joint ventures. Dabur is also
trying to spread its dispersion in the first horizon and to gather the large potential markets for
herbals and ayurvedic products. Dabur is also trying to set up distribution alliances for entering
main stream herbal segments. In the coming year Dabur has planned to launch more product
categories. Thus, the corporate strategy of Dabur is Market development, product development
and diversification .

BUSINESS STRATEGIES :-The business strategy of Dabur is to show its existence in the online
world and to incorporate digital strategy for brand visibility and rebuilding. Dabur aims to be
“young,modern and socially concious orgaisation”. The adopt this strategy Dabur has made it
presence on online grocery sites like grofers and big basket. Dabur has also launched three
websites of its own this is done so that custoers can reach them easily. Apart from this Dabur
has also featured itself in Google case study to engage customers with itself. Dabur has given
itself a modern look so that customers can connect with it.
