Papaano ba malalaman ng mga guro kung may natututunan ba ang kanilang
mga estudyante? Pinagtatake tayo ng exam.
Para matanggap ka sa isang trabaho, lisensya, kailangan pumasa ka muna sa
series of exams at interviews.

Ang pagsubok ang humuhulma ng ating pagkatao at ng ating kakayahan.
Pagsubok na magpapatibay o wumasak sa atin.
Pagsubok na makapagbibigay inspirasyon, motibasyon at paalala.

Marami tayong pagsubok sa buhay – family matters, financial, health, academics,
work. Pero ang pag­uusapan natin ay yung pagsubok ng pananampalataya.

TEST OF FAITH

Jesus Is Tested in the Wilderness
4 Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted [a]
by
the devil. 2 After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry.3 The
tempter came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these
stones to become bread.”

Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on
every word that comes from the mouth of God.’ ” [b]

Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest
point of the temple. 6 “If you are the Son of God,” he said, “throw yourself
down. For it is written:

“‘He will command his angels concerning you,

and they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’ ” [c]

Jesus answered him, “It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to
the test.’ ”

Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the
kingdoms of the world and their splendor. 9 “All this I will give you,” he
said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”
 Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the

Lord your God, and serve him only.’ ” [e]

Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him.

Mga dapat mong malaman kapag ikaw ay nasa pagsubok:
1. You’re in the RIGHT TRACK.

Maraming   story/persona   sa   Bible   na   dumaan   sa   pagsubok   na   –

mga beliver! Mga tagasunod ng ating Lord! Mula Old gang New
Testament may storya na sinubok ang pananampalataya.

Kaya   kapag   nasa   pagsubok   ka!   WAG   KANG   MATAKOT!   KASI

NASA TAMANG LANDAS KA!

2. No one is EXEMPTED!

1 Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be

tempted by the devil.
 

Even JESUS was tempted! ANG LORD DUMANAS DIN NG PAGSUBOK.

3. Attacks of SATAN

Hindi   pwedeng   maging   excuse   ang   “walang   alam”,   DAPAT   ALAMIN   MO

ANG GAWA NG KALABAN.

IN THE STORY, JESUS WAS TEMPTED – THREE TIMES! 

SATAN will DECEIVED YOU thru:

a. FLESH

Our Physical body needs food – lalo kapag GUTOM ka.

GANUN DIN SA KALABAN, MAS SUSUBUKIN KA KAPAG GUTOM NA GUTOM KA – ALL TYPES
OF HUNGER.

THE ENEMY WANTS TO LOSE OUR SIGHT ON WHAT IS
HOLY. 

YES, we people, commit sins but never let SIN blocks your
eyesight to JESUS!

c. POWER

BUBULAGIN KA NG KAPANGYARIHAN NA NAGMUMULA
SA MUNDO –MULA SA KAAWAY. 

POWER – POSITION – MONEY – CARREER

YUNG ILALAYO KA SA PANGINOON.

BUT THE GOOD THING IS, JESUS CONQUERED SATAN! 

YOU KNOW WHY THE FATHER GOD LET JESUS EXPERIENCED IT?

NOT JUST TO TEST HIM.

BUT TO LET JESUS EXPERIENCED BEING TEMPTED AS A HUMAN
BEING IN ORDER FOR HIM TO SYMPHATIZED WITH US AND TO HELP US,
JUST LIKE HIM, SURPASSED THE TEST OF FAITH!

1. YOU ARE GOD’S PEOPLE
2. YOU GROW SPIRITUALLY
3. BECAUSE OF YOUR FAITH IN JESUS!
