The CFC – Singles for Christ is an inter-national ministry which caters to young adults in their need of
a deep experience and continuous encounter with Jesus Christ. We aim to provide an environment for
personal development and spiritual renewal and nourishment for every single man and woman.

Once a year, all members from the province of Cebu gather for a provincial conference to pray and
worship God, and hear inspirational talks and life-sharings. This year it will be on May 20, 2018 and will be
held in Naga City, Cebu.

In this regards, we would like to request for your kind approval to allow, Christine Anhaw, one of
your employees, to have her rest day scheduled on the date above mentioned, so that she may be able to
attend the conference.
