Date/Time: June 29, 2018 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM Venue: St. Paul University Manila – Demo Room 303 Estimated no. of participants: BSN-3 Students, Panels & Barangay Officials Background: Community diagnosis generally refers to the identification and quantification of health problems in a community as a whole in terms of mortality and morbidity rates and ratios, and identification of their correlates for the purpose of defining those at risk or those in need of health care. The BSN-3 students of St. Paul University Manila will present the data gathered, and problems identified from the community and their significance to the selected barangay. Objective/s: The activity aims to achieve the following for the community: Analyze the health status of the community Evaluate the health resources, services, and systems of care within the community Assess attitudes toward community health services and issues Identify priorities, establish goals, and determine courses of action to improve the health status of the community Proposed Program/Activity Flow: Time Activity Person in Charge
