DHVSU Presents First Ever ML Tournament DHVSU Edition

Present generation of students are obsessed with games, one of which is Mobile Legend: Bang
Bang that is commonly known as ML. It is not norm for schools to support their students for this
kind of game, but Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) took the challenge and brought
the very first Mobile Legends Tournament which was held in the University’s Main Campus CIT
building last 17th and 18th of December 2018. The competition was participated by team of students
from different school department.

First of all, what is Mobile Legends? Some students answered, it is an online 5 versus 5 online
game. Winner and loser are decided based on skill and ability on this balanced fair competitive
online game. Many students supported the first DHVSU Mobile Legend Tournament

There are more than 20 teams who competed in the tournament, but there were only four
squads who excelled their talents on the said tournament, they are from Laboratory High School,
Senior High School, and College of Architecture and Engineering.

And after the tournament we asked the captain of the champion squad, Randolph John Lugtu,
how does Mobile Legends help you in your daily life? He answered” It developed my cognitive
skills, improves my multi-tasking, problem solving and analyzing skills. We also asked him, “Did
you ever joined a Mobile Legends Tournament before? “We participated the Arayat inter-barangay
Mobile Legend Tournament which helped us to be a better team”, we also asked if the have an
upcoming tournament to join and they answered, “there is one tournament in Guagua, Pampanga
this upcoming March 16”.

But remember, never and ever get addicted in playing ML.
