The agenda set for this Indo-US Workshop on “Molecular Imaging in Health, Disease and Drug
Discovery”, is aimed to provide a platform where experts from the Molecular imaging field and the
biomedicine, interact, impart, and exchange ideas. This will pave way in developing novel biomarkers
and accelerate drug discovery processes and therapeutics. Sixteen speakers from India and USA,
utilizing Optical, Magnetic Resonance, X-Ray, or PET Imaging will present their work as podium talks
and will include two plenary lectures. Invited participants include scientific experts, hospital and
radiology division heads, students, and young scientists from nearly thirty key institutions.
