GENERAL DISCUSSION.

 Mr. Laide is absent and sent a representative. The pail loader has been fixed and available for
use. The truck is still not working, serving of the truck has been done already, awaiting funds to
continue repair of the Truck and hopefully by weekend the truck should be ready.
 As regards movement of POP materials to the store for safe - keeping and avoid wastage, Arch
Opeyemi Reported that the POP materials were rather moved to sites where they are needed.
i.e B/ 13a, Engr. Jan Emphasized that material remains should either be moved to sites where
they are most needed or returned to the store. Engr. Jan also emphasized that actions should be
taken on anyone found wanting on wastage of materials. Engr. Jan also mentioned Placement of
tiles on designated projects, he emphasized that tiles must be placed accordingly and correctly
and this includes a proper communication, supervision and briefing of artisans daily.
 Engr. Bolaji Abubakar raised the motion of instability of mixer machines on casting days. Arch
Opeyemi suggested that mixer machines be rented in order to curb machine breakdowns and
avoid casting delays. Engr. Jan emphasized that Pearl expeditors should up their game in time and
deal with equipment subs-tandardness.
  Mr. Jan Stressed the need for Engineers to take up projects accordingly. Although Engr.
Emmanuel Justice was mentioned for Pearl Audaces, Mr. Jan moved the motion to sit out the
matter with Mr. Dariusz Adekoya.
 NLNG Representatives came in to give samples of fittings to be used in the projects.
