As Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Strategic Financial Group LLC Management Board, Chad's
foresight and vision are instrumental in developing and executing the firms business strategy. Chad's
leadership skills promote team work, integrity, strong work ethic and flexibility towards change. With this
type of the leadership the organization is able to grow successfully in the competitive financial services
industry. As a leader in business planning, Chad brings "executive hands on experience" to the team. He
has gained this vast amount of business knowledge as a current or former owner of various real estate,
retail, manufacturing, wholesale and service businesses. Chad has purchased and sold commercial
investment property as well as various businesses, including the purchase of a small local business and
through organic growth and acquisition grew the sales over 300 percent in a four year period, and then sold
the business to a public company.

Prior to establishing Strategic Financial Group, LLC, in 1996, Chad expanded his knowledge of the financial
planning world as a Partner with Fuller, Hassinger & Jankowske “A Division of American Express Financial
Advisors”. Chad earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in
Finance and Economics from Valparaiso University and completed the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL
PLANNER™ Certification from the College of Financial Planning. He served on the Partners Advisory
team for United Planners Financial Services of America. He has earned both the reputable title of "Top RIA
Firm" while with United Planners Financial Services and the "Mercury Award" while with American
Express.
