 The high level of stress has been causing new army recruiters to
mentally breakdown within my company. The impact to finding a
solution to solve this issue will assist our company in boosting new
and current recruiters’ moral and lower the organization’s suicide
attempt. The constant pressure to produce has cause recruiters to
turn to drugs, suicide attempt, relationship conflict and alcohol.
Final problem statement The effect of stress is causing the recruiters to contribute very little
effort into their daily activities, which is also resulting in low
performance in obtaining qualify recruits to join the army. The
ability of using an external call center will allow recruiters to focus
on things like processing the qualify applicants, and it will also
reduce the stress of making over 500 phone calls a week. The
external call center can start as three months’ trial in order to

determine its effect and based on the result a permanent solution
can be put in place. There is a chance to help reduce Recruiters
mental breakdown and benefit the company by conduct more time
management training and allow more relaxation time.
