When you login the account with wrong user account it will display message that your
login info doesn’t match with any account. Here “with any account” sentence confuses
the user as he/she does not know which kind of account. So the specific account e.g. problem1.png
Home Shopping account should be mentioned instead of with any account.

On the sign-in page the facebook link is dead that means you can’t login through the
facebook account. While the other link of mobile connect is working. So we can’t

differentiate that which one link is working and other is not working but only showing
logo.

There is no proper home button tag through the user can go back to the home page of
website. Instead of this the home page button is build-in in the Home Shopping logo on problem3.png
top left of the page. So user can’t understand whether it’s a logo only or home button.

When the user selects some item to buy and fill the required detail of delivery. There is a
option of “Payment Method” to select option that how you want to pay. But actually the problem4.png
drop down list shows empty and there no option available in drop down list.

When the user wants to update the account, there are two options to update. First
simply “Update My Details” which works correctly. While the other option is “Update from problem5.png
Facebook” which is dead link and will not work to update your account.

The website doesn’t contain the map of its location. So it’s difficult to find its location

when some user wants to access its officer physically.

I have created the account for home shopping successfully and it worked at that time.
But after logout the account, I again try to open that account but it displays message that

correct related account e.g. username etc.

When you create your account successfully, the website doesn't display any successful

When you open some product to view it's features or buy then it takes some time to

If you do all your business online, you'll never have to leave your home. This might be
great for a while but sometimes, you might want to go outside, breathe some fresh air, less
get a change of scenery, talk to real people, participate in your community, and just be a contatct.JPG

In a store, there's usually someone to help you but online, you're on your own. If you're
confused or have questions, it's just too bad for you. You might have to make blind no sales.JPG
