http://www.englishclub.com/ Links here for teachers’ resources, ideas and lesson plans.
http://iteslj.org/ The Internet TESL Journal gives you articles, ideas and links to other

explanations and activities.
http://www.tefl.net/ Articles for background reading.
http://www.usingenglish.com/teachers.php Hundreds of handouts and printable exercise
sheets. Great quizzes and teaching ideas.
http://www.english-trailers.com/index.php Teaching English with movie trailers. The sites a
little cluttered in front, but links to movie studios offers good quality movie clips.
http://esl.about.com/ Great site hosted by a teacher who has obviously been there. Except
for the annoying advertising pop-up this is a two thumbs up site for background articles,
grammar help, semi-lesson plans and ok activities. Also has online activities you can assign
your SS for practice.
http://www.onestopenglish.com/
Good full-service site with lesson plans, resources, etc. Recommended by other teachers in
Thailand.
http://www.puzzlemaker.com/ Hosted by The Discovery Channel this incredible site allows
you to create your own crossword puzzles, word searches, etc. Great vocabulary tools or
wonderful fillers.
http://www.eslgo.com/resources.html Good speaking activities, online activities for your Ss,
lesson plans and Business English ideas.
http://www.longman.com/ae/download/f...mmar/home.html Can help you when you are
stuck for things to do for grammar practice.
http://www.scopes.com Trivia to use in the classroom. Great debunker of many common
myths. Good for conversation starters with students who have language.

Teaching Children
http://www.apples4theteacher.com/langarts.html
http://www.sitesforteachers.com is a ranking site with links to the top 100 sites for the
primary age group. www.bogglesworld.com (currently unavailable) is particularly popular.

students.
