SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know All Men By These Presents:

That I, MARIA THERESA C. NALUGON, of legal age, citizen of the

Philippines, divorcee and resident of 101-609 Morning Ville Apt., In-dong,
458 Daejeonceondong-ro, Dong-gu, Daejeon, South Korea; and Brgy. Gatid,
Santa Cruz, Laguna 4009 Philippines, after having been sworn in accordance
with law, do hereby name, designate and appoint as my attorney and
representative, Atty. EMMANUEL E. SANDICHO, likewise of legal age,
Filipino, a lawyer by profession and with office address at 2nd Floor GCL
Building, 6081 National Highway, Sambat, Labuin, Santa Cruz, Laguna 4009
Philippines, on my behalf to do the following acts:

1. To prepare, sign and file before a court of competent jurisdiction a

Petition for Judicial Recognition of Foreign Decree of Divorce,
specifically Daejeon Family Court Decree of Confirmation of Divorce in
Case No. 2018Hohyeop2395, Korea;

2. To attend on my behalf the pre-trial and trial stages of the above-

mentioned case. And in connection thereto, present witness/es, enter
into stipulations and agreements, make admissions and denials, file
pleadings, manifestations, motions and similar judicial statements,
receive and sign documents, sign on my behalf and submit for approval
by the court any incidental or necessary binding deeds or instruments
in connection hereto, and perform all incidental acts;

3. Whenever necessary, to enlist or hire the services of other professional

and competent or skilled persons to prove any material and relevant
fact related to the subject matter of the petition or any of its
accompanying issue/s and incidents;

4. To perform other incidental and relevant acts in connection herewith.

HEREBY GIVING, GRANTING to my said attorney all the foregoing

authorities and functions. And hereby AFFIRMING and RATIFYING all my
said attorney shall do in connection herewith with the force and effect of
binding civil acts, as if I myself am present and doing so by these presents.
