● Advise and mentor Resident Advisors and residents on academic success, job performance, and 
civility by holding regular developmental conversations and facilitating training sessions 
● Facilitate recruitment, selection, and subsequent training of 85 student staff members 
● Support the department in research, planning, and execution of the Residence Life Curriculum and 
Curricular Approach by attending 2018 Institute on the Curricular Approach (ICA) and serving on core 
Curriculum committee 
● Assist the Director of Housing and Residence Life and Central Leadership Team with research and 
policy creation for various departmental initiatives such as creating accessible and responsive 
departmental budget tracking system 
● Design a streamlined process for visitation, fire safety, and trash violations within the student 
conduct system
