DRAWINGS:

The constructor shall check all drawings and schedules to ensure in good time that he has
sufficient information to carry out the work and that all the instructions, drawings and schedules he has
provide compatible information on the work to be carried out. If the contractor considers additional
details are required, he shall notify the Engineer immediately.
The constructor shall verify all dimension and conditions at the site and shall notify the engineer of
discrepancies between actual conditions and information shown in the drawings before proceeding with
the work. This shall openings, embedded or attached items, etc. Refer to Architectural, Electrical and
Plumbing works.
All dimensions shall take precedence over scale shown on plans, sections and or details. Notes
and details on drawings shall take precedence over general notes and typical details.
The constructor shall immediately notify the engineer of any conditions, which in his opinion might
endanger the stability of the structure or caused distress in the structure.
Construction materials shall be stored on poured floors or roofs. It is the general constructor’s
responsibility to ensure that the sub-contractors are informed and don not violate this important
requirements.
