ABSTRACT

ORDER:

In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued according

administrative approval for providing irrigation facilities for “additional ayacut of
25,000 Acres under 3rd lift in Ghanpur (M) and part of Addakal (M) of
Wanaparthy Constituency under Package-29 of MGKLIS of Mahabubnagar Dist”
for the estimated amount of Rs.91,25,82,000/- with provision for 15% increase
over the estimated cost & approval was accorded for enhancing the allocation of
water from 25 TMC to 40 TMC to the MGKLIS Project.

2. In the references 2nd & 3rd read above, the Chief Engineer (P),
Mahabubnagar has requested the Government to ratify his action in having
Entrusted the work “Survey estimate for providing Irrigation facilities to an
additional ayacut of 25,000 Acres through Ghanpur branch canal under Package-
29 of MGKLIS Lift- III in Ghanpur (M) and part of Addakal (M) of Wanaparthy
and Devarakadra Constituency in Mahabubnagar Dist.” to M/s ESCI on
nomination basis for an amount of Rs.1,06,70,500/-

3. After careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby ratify the

action of the Chief Engineer (P), Mahabubnagar in having Entrusted the work
“Survey estimate for providing Irrigation facilities to an additional ayacut of
25,000 Acres through Ghanpur branch canal under Package- 29 of MGKLIS Lift-
III in Ghanpur (M) and part of Addakal (M) of Wanaparthy and Devarakadra
Constituency in Mahabubnagar Dist.” to M/s Engineering Staff College of India
(ESCI), Hyderabad on nomination basis for an amount of Rs.1,06,70,500/-
(Rupees one crore six lakhs seventy thousand and five hundreds only).

4. The above expenditure is chargeable to the Head of Account “MH-4700-

COL of M&MIP- 01 MI- 145 MGKLIS -G.H (11)-NSP- SH (27) Canals &
Distributories- 530 – 531Other Expenditure”.

5. The Chief Engineer (P), Mahabubnagar shall take necessary action

accordingly.

6. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (WP) Department
vide their U.O. No.12157/184/WP/A1/2016, Dated: 05-10-2016.
