Ball Familiarisation Relay
Equipment Instructions Diagram

Weave Relay

• 20 markers and zigzags through the cones

Ball Tag

• 1 touch ball 1. Students split into two
• 4 x markers teams (taggers and evaders)
• 10 x bibs (half the 2. Taggers are the team with

3. Evaders aim to run around

 Agility Relay

2. Running around the blue cones,
zigzagging through the green
cones and running back to the
red cones to make a ‘try’
3. Next student scoops the ball
and passes to students on
orange cone you pass to
students on blue cones.
4. Wherever students pass or run
to they go to the back of the line.
