7. Osaki ni shitsurei shimasu : sorry..I am leaving ahead of you
(polite way to greet before leaving the office)
8. Otsukaresama deshita : said in appreciation of other’s work at the end of
class, meeting ,office etc (you had a long day / thank you for the good
work)
9. Osaki ni doozo : said while allowing others to go ahead of you
10.Arigatoo gozaimasu : Thank you very much
10. Doo itashimashita : you are welcome ( in response to Thank you)
11. Sumimasen : Excuse me / I am sorry ( formal expression)
12. Shitsurei shimasu : excuse me / sorry ( lit. meaning: I am rude)
( used while apologizing / disturbing others)
