Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

In my point of view, Security is the most important thing, because a person must
always believe in himself, that is, he can achieve what you propose.

In the second I have a lifestyle because in addition to feeling sure of myself, the
results will be much better.

In the third I have, relationships allow me to make friends with people academically
and at work in which I share my same interests and concerns.

Fourth, independence has been very important in my life as an academic and

labor. Because I can do things my way and make decisions.

The fifth interest has been my engine to put my passion in the things I do, so I
want to obtain it and achieve it.

In sixth I have the variety is a good factor so as not to fall into the uniformity of
myself.

In seventh place, the competition inspires me to improve every day to prevent

competition from overtaking me.

In eighth place, the recognition always makes me believe that all the effort put into
my activities was not in vain.

In ninth, the challenge has been and continues to be my motivation to overcome

the obstacles and failures that sometimes arise in my life and I have always been
successful.

And, finally, money has never been my motivation, even if I have had financial
difficulties and overcome these difficulties, with money we can aspire to live a
better life.
