The IP address came back to Provo where officers were able to locate the defendant. The posts included the defendant's name and two pictures with which officers were able to identify the defendant. Officers were particularly concerned about the threats as the defendant was threatening to shoot, in a public place, as many girls/women as he could see and there were several women's marches scheduled in Provo. ‘The defendant is on felony probation with Colorado for stalking and threatening women. The defendant is being held without bail.
