given for purpose which are relevant and necessary in the administration of your franchise application, in providing services to you or for other reasonable
services it provides or improvements/upgrades in its systems and business process, including but not limited to data analytics and automated processing, in
transacting a business or any activity with CBCI. You are aware that any material misrepresentation or falsification in the information and documents shall be
construed as an act to defraud CBCI, and shall be a ground for disapproval of this Franchise Application or termination of the Bayad Center Franchise
Agreement. You have the right to access your given information and you undertake to correct, rectify or supplement information should any data be found to
be inaccurate or incomplete. You will hold CBCI free and harmless from any liability that may arise as a result of the authorization and consent given. In
processing and protecting the above and other information collected, CBCI shall observe the applicable provisions of the privacy laws and regulations of the
Philippines, including but not limited to, the pertinent provisions of Rep. Act No. 10173 or otherwise known as “Data Privacy Act of 2012” as well as applicable
Confidentiality and/or Non-disclosure Agreements. In addition and to the extent permitted by law or contract, CBCI may process the above and other
