Introduction
It is hard not to agree and imagine at this time, that
the opportunity and need to greatly reengineer to
improve and transform the Liberian Educational
Strategy and Framework, by technical and
professional-wise using global bespoke practices, of
instructional knowledge base training in remodeling
teaching in in Liberia for more effective result.
Teachers play a crucial role in the development of students especially in
their early years. They carry an awesome responsibility as they determine
largely the performance and potential of students, via the use of a variety of
selected tools, technology, techniques and methods for proper development.

Qualifying Teachers in Liberia must be equipped with 21st Century knowledge and skills and learning on
how to conduct learning instructions by integrating global best practices for Liberia in realizing a
successfully teacher’s educational training requirement.
Therefore our, partners, European Council of International Schools, founded in 1965; the
European Council of International Schools (ECIS) is a global service membership
Organisation that co-provides professional development opportunities to its members, with
which our proposed involvement will allow for Liberian Government to get there teachers to
be equally certified by ECIS and major international bodies that will be part of our executing
team of experts once “Streamed Government Approval” is obtained and practicality to
commit to the program is given by the government.
- Presently the ECIS is the leading collaborative global network promoting and supporting the ideals and best
practices of international education.
- ECIS inconjunction with TR (Teachers Refresh) organizes training programs to challenge thinking and to provide
the tools for board members, school owners, and administrators, governments to build on their existing knowledge
and strengths in order to move on to the next stage of development and organizational alignment.
- Opportunities are created to focus on strategy and organization as they are the backbone of sustainable
development. ECIS and our organization also provides tools for converting strategies into measurable actions,
wherefore critical national “Teachers Needs Assessment” are conducted, “Curricula Reengineering” to national
standards are propelled, and single-window “Teachers Instructional Training/Vocation Skills Training Gasps” for:
This approach is always highly interactive as every segmented education demographics Gaps
are taught, in a “Curricula Based Workshop” with a mixture of Presentations, Discussions
and Group Work, and required International Certification by our global Partners ECIS.
