Instructions for the Camp

Beyond Happiness Camp is a well-organized, enjoyable experience for everyone. To

ensure camp runs successfully we ask everyone to abide by these basic set of instructions:

Camp Begins on 23rd March 2019

Check In Time – 11:00 AM
Camp Closes on 25th March 2019
Check Out Time – 12:30 PM

 Please reach in time.

 It is mandatory for all the campers to participate actively in all the sessions, workshops
and activities.
 Be punctual. You will be provided the Camp Schedule on arrival.
 In case you are on prescribed medicine, please carry enough supply.
 Campers must not possess, use or distribute/sell any intoxicants including tobacco and
alcohol. We have a zero tolerance for intoxicants at the camp and possession /
consumption shall invite immediate expulsion from the camp.
 Any offensive, abusive behavior towards anyone including the fellow campers, volunteers
or site personnel will not be tolerated and such campers will be expelled from camp.
 If you are coming with your driver, please make necessary arrangements for their stay and
meals, as the hotel has no provisions.
 No pets/animals are allowed.
 Mobile phones must be strictly switched off during sessions, workshops and camp
activities.

  The purpose of the camp is to experience the bliss and not selfies & photos. Dedicated
photographers have been assigned to click camp memories and those will be shared with
all the campers.
 No visitors are allowed during the camp.
 Campers are not allowed to leave the camp site without prior written permission, for safety
reasons.
 Any damage to any equipment, security systems, health and safety precautionary
equipment etc. is liable for payment for the damage caused.
 Campers will be responsible to the owners of the venue for any cost of damage to the
premises, equipment or related property.
 Beyond Happiness Camp will not be liable for any missing items, we therefore advise that
you bring a lockable suitcase and avoid carrying expensive items and valuables.
 Beyond Happiness Camp will not accept any liability for loss, damage or injury to the
property or personal belongings of the camper.
 The camp site may have their own rules and regulations which you must follow. This will
be made clear to you on the first day of the camp.
 Beyond Happiness Camp reserves the right to dismiss any participant for improper dress,
conduct, language, non-compliance of camp rules, attitude or behavior which, in the
judgment of disciplinary committee is deemed to be detrimental to other participants’
experience and/or the success of the camp.
 Every effort will be made to ensure accidents do not occur, however Beyond Happiness
Camp cannot accept liability for injury incurred as a result of such an accident.
 Beyond Happiness Camp donation is non refundable, under any circumstances.
 You are requested to kindly reach at the camp site by 11:00 AM on 23rd March 2019.
