• The candidate should be responsible for defining the overall structure of the
• Project. Should be able to make the Perfect Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
• Should be able to divide the whole project into Modules and should be able to generate the whole
flow of the Project.
• Should have good command to prepare Technical Documents like Data Flow
• Should be able to become a good Coordinator between Client and the Developer.
5.Graphic Designer
Job Description:
• Cultivate a solid body of work
• Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients’ needs
• Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas Amend final designs to clients comments and
gain full approval
• Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical
feasibility
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Salary: CTC for PHP Developer, Android Developer, Marketing Post i.e. Digital Marketing, Marketing
Executive (Field Work) & Branding and Technical Architect.
(After completion of training period of 1 month and 6 months Internship Period for all the posts).
No stipend will be provided to the candidates during the training period, but high performance students
will get the stipend.
After 6 months i.e. after Internship period, there will be a test (PIP Test) and after clearance of that only
the candidate will be finalized as per the post. In their Internship period, students will enumerate with a
monthly emolument of 5000-7000 INR.
Note: 1. All of the Bachelor’s degree except BE/B.Tech for any position shall be entitled to the
package of 2.2L and for the Master's degree to be eligible 3.2L package.
2. Pre-final year students are eligible for the drive for all the position for the minimum period of 3
months and their stipend would be 5000.00 INR.
1. Variable salary is always paid 100% and varies considering various job roles.
Management job roles including Project manager (Variable salary) 12% of CTC.
and development job roles including all developers (Variable salary) 12% of CTC.
2. Special bonus (Incentive) always paid based upon targets and is applicable for all lead management job roles
including branding managers, sales and marketing managers.
3. Bonus: It is always paid at the end of the financial year only after 1+ year of any employee from date of joining and
is certainly performance based and is at discretion of management based upon grades.
For all the employees with Grade A: 20.476% of CTC
For all the employees with Grade B: 5% of CTC
For all the employees with Grade C: 0% of CTC.
4. A travel allowance is a payment made to an employee to cover expenses when that person travels for work to and
fro for any official purpose sternly.
5. Gratuity and Provident fund to be applicable in accordance with the respective acts.

Written Test:
The written test will be an MCQ test with all the analytical and logical question related to the concerned
field.
Group Discussion:
The Group discussion will help us determine the communication and presentation skills and the
confidence of the candidate. it will also give an idea about the public interaction capability of the
candidate.
Personal Interview:
The PI will give us an insight to the candidate, hence helping us choose the best out of equals.
Final PI Round:
The Final PI will be on the same day of the Practical Day and we will mail the final result via Mail.
***On campus recruitment, every candidate will go through 1 month of training period (Mandatory) in
which they will not get any stipend. Based on the performance in training period and performance
evaluation in month, they will get promotion in to Internship Period. Candidate needs to score above 60%
to get promoted .On failure, company can ask them to prepare well again and give test in next month's
.Company can ask any employee to leave based on his/her performance and behavior while in intern
period but this could be highly exceptional .Candidate needs to contribute
positively 9:30 hours while in office and can take max 1.5 leave/per month in internship period.
