TJPU—Summer Short-Term Programs for International Students in 2019

1. Group size：15-20persons
2. This program is sponsored for all participants from locally partner high schools, colleges, universities of TJPU, ages
between 16years old to 60years old, TJPU registered students or TJPU graduated students are not accommodated for this
program.
·The students of 16-18 years old need to provide guardianship authorizations to the leader or participate with the parents.
·The students of 11-16 need to participate with the parents.
3. Participants shall be responsible for international airfare, insurance, meals, etc.
4. Application deadline of participants is May 24, 2019 (Two weeks before the start of the project), the group organizer
need to fill in all participants information in TJPU on line application system
(http://en.tjpu.edu.cn/2017/1211/c1043a30084/page.htm )
For participants who need Admission notice and Jw202 form to apply X visa, they need to apply at least 4 weeks before check
in/register date.
5. Changes on the duration, starting & departing period are subject to group of at least 15 students and earlier discussion with
TJPU;
6. For registration in TJPU, participants should submit one copy of passport information page , visa page, entry stamp page,
one passport size photo (in paper) after arrival;
7. Free pick-up from & to the airport shall be offered to the groups of 10+ students; one group teacher free accommodation for
each group of 15 students.
8. There will be around 20 students in each teaching class during the program;
9. This program schedule shall be subject to necessary change of time, dates due to the supporting team, but all
contents shall be remained.
