Prices & Terms for Purchase of MITSUBISHI PASSANGER CAR

Dear Mr. Wiky

Thank you for considering MITSUBISHI for your operational requirements. The following pricing
terms meet your request for quotation, in MOQ’s (Minimum Order Quantities) of 4 units, to your
indicated destination.

Table 4: Raw Material and Currency Reference

Raw Material Clause:
Raw material prices for steel and plastic will be adjusted quarterly based on the average high-
low steel price of MEPS China for Hot dipped galvanized steel and for plastic based on the
index published by ICIS LOR for HDPE Blow moulding quality. Raw Material Base at the start
of the contract:
 HDPE (blow moulding quality) as per ICIS LOR SEA (Sep 2018) = 1,332.50 USD / t PE
 Steel (hot dipped galvanized) as per MEPS China (Sep 2018) = 623.20 USD / t STEEL

Currency Clause:
Currency Exchange for the local currency will be adjusted quarterly based on the last month
mid point average published by the Indonesia Central Bank (ie. Bank Indonesia).
Currency Exchange at the point of review:
 Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as per Indonesian Central Bank (months average in Sep
2018) = IDR 14,603 /USD

Note:
 Prices will be adjusted every quarter if raw material indices AND/OR currency exchange
deviates by more than 5% comparing the latest three month average with the last
effective raw material and currency basis.
 If the variance is more than 5%:

 o New prices will be calculated by multiplying the differences (between the last
effective raw material and currency basis in the latest three month average) with
the relevant weight and price of the IBC.
o A new effective basis will be fixed until the new quarterly review or when a further
> 5% deviation occurs.

In case of an extraordinary raw material price or currency deviation of more than 5% within
one month, SCHÜTZ has the right to adjust the prices accordingly.

The quoted price is valid for Q4 2018 (October – December 2018)

Order Lead-time
1-2 weeks from date order received at Mitsubishi East Bekasi office.
