1. Secondary School / Matriculation certificate or equivalent certificate in support of the date of  birth.
2. For the Post Code Nos. 21, 22, 23 and 26:  The  candidate  must  hold,  as  on  1st  July,  2018,  Intermediate  or  its  equivalent
examination recognized by the State Government. In the case of a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes,
as on 1st July, 2018, he/she must have passed SSC or its equivalent examination recognized by the State Government and should
have studied Intermediate and appeared for the Intermediate Examinations in both the 1st year and 2nd year.
For the Post Code Nos. 24 and 25:  The  candidate  must  hold,  as  on  1st  July,  2018,  Intermediate  or  its  equivalent  examination
recognized by the State Government.
3. Latest Community certificate issued by competent authority of Government of Andhra Pradesh.  
4. Certificate of Non creamy layer status for BC candidates issued by competent authority of Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
5. Proof of residence certificate in the scheduled area for STs and Aboriginal tribes issued by competent authority of Govt. of AP.  
6. Study certificate issued by the School authorities or Residence certificate issued by M.R.O.  (Annexure - IV (A) or Annexure - IV
(B)) in the Notification.
7. Andhra Pradesh State Government employee service certificate. 
8. Service certificate in the Army, Navy or Air Force of the Union of  India.
9. NCC instructor service certificate issued by the competent authority.
10. Retrenched temporary employee certificate in the State Census Dept. issued by the competent authority.
11. Meritorious Sports Person Certificate.
12. National Cadet Corps Certificate.
13 Home Guards Service Certificate.
14. Children of Police Personnel Certificate.
15. Children of Police Personnel of A.P. Police Department who (a) Died or (b) Were incapacitated due to violent action of the
Extremists/Criminals/Anti-Social Elements or due to violence while on duty certificate (CDI Certificate) and Children of Police
Personnel who were retired on medical invalidation.  
16. Children of Jail/Prisons Dept. Personnel (CJP) Certificate.  
17. Ex-Servicemen certificate issued by the competent authority.  
18. Widow, Divorcee / Judicially separated women Certificate.
19. No objection Certificate for civil employment for in-service personnel of Army, Navy, Air force due to retire from service within
one year from the date of notification.
20. Copy of Online Application Stage-II.
21. Any other document.

Note:  The  candidates  should  bring  their  Aadhaar  Card  at  time  of  attending  the  PMT/PET.  If any  candidate  does
not  possess Aadhaar Card, he/she should bring any other Photo Identity Proof
