I. COMPANY NAME

“Airceatic Getaway Travel and Tours”

The name of the agency was conceptualized through an exchange of words,

playing with terms and jumbling of four particular words mainly; Air, Ocean, Travel and

Pacific. Our agency aims to be a multi-purpose transport company, given the fact that

some travel agencies just engage in catering Air flights to their clients which in some

cases are unreliable to those who prefer on having a relaxing, long transport through

cruise lines or to those who prefer to admire a nice scenery of the ocean, islands, and

the clear-blue sky that they would encounter throughout the journey. Engaging in both

air flights and cruises, we foresee a better future for our travel agency. Thus, after a

dreadful brainstorming, the name “Airceatic Getaway Travel and Tours” was made.

Getaway was then induced to present a carefree, simple with a pinch of luxury and a

comfortable trip that would surely suite the taste of every individual.
4

II. COMPANY LOGO

The company logo incorporates the element of water and air transport in a simple

yet sophisticated theme that best represents the agency. The agency chose to comply

with the majority of aquatic colors due to the fact that the color “blue” does not only

symbolize water but also symbolizes the sky in which all tourist are entangled to pass

through, either by land, water or air transportation. The airplane symbolizes the

accessibility and the fast way of travelling that many tourists are engaged to tourists like

vacationers, businessmen, doctors and celebrities are some of the particular clients that

prefer air flights which is in coordination with their busy schedules. The agency chose to

color the cruise ship “black” in order to make a bold statement that we are a flexible

agency, which we cater tour packages and travel transports in ways that is in

compliance to the every need of each clients.

5

III. COMPANY TAGLINE

Airceatic Getaway

“Makes All Your Worries Fade Away”

The tagline was made due to the unison of themes that was suggested by each

member. The theme of having a worry free and hassle free travel for our passengers is

a must. For them to have a wonderful experience and a moment in their life that they

would not forget happen in just an instant. The problems and the crisis that the

community that they live in gave to them would soon fade out once they would avail our

services, due to the fact that everything is planned and done by us, all they have to do

is relax and unwind, take a break and enjoy their lives to the fullest.

IV. VISION AND MISSION

Vision

To travel and scrutinize the world’s beauty through self-involvement

A unique vision statement that best summarize the total package of the agency,

to be a pampered tourist or traveller and see the beauty of the world, equipped with all

the necessities and needs that they can think of and involve themselves in an activity

that is a once in a life time chance due to the fact that a traveller is not the kind of

person who sticks to the same place for a long time. A traveller takes time to enjoy the

scenery of a certain country then move on to the next and scrutinize the resources or

cultures that the destination has.

6

Mission

The ability to work as a whole in order to execute the proper ordinance of the

law; being committed to the workforce with an agreement of having a good work ethics

towards colleagues, alliances and competitors and offering a remarkable hospitality

atmosphere in order to have a good relationship towards the clients.

Fulfilling this mission would entail us a greater success on pursuing on our

dream of opening the eyes of the public to all the wonders, enchantment and the true

beauty of the world. With this mission statement, we every goal, objectives and even the

vision of our company would be complied with. Every part of the sentences that we

have created is a great constituent of a flexible success and relationship of the whole

team and be even the cause of their exposure the international market and could lead

us to a drastic uplift in the field of travel agencies in the country.

 Sustain the welfare of clients and employees.

 Conduct a secure environment.

 Fulfill the wants and need of the clients for customer satisfaction.

 To pursue a high advertising and marketing strategy

 To be known globally

 To eradicate competitors

 To enhance the company’s image

7

 To emerge as a customer reliant company

 To induce an unforgettable service and experience to the public

V. LOCATION

Torre de Salcedo Ground Floor in Salcedo St., Makati City, Metro Manila.

VI. TARGET MARKET

Foreigners

Foreigners who are currently residing near the streets of Makati city are one of

the major target markets of company. Not only do they engage in multiple travel

journeys but they also give a huge sum of money that can contribute to the uproar of

our agency.

Elite Tourists

Elite tourists are one of those profound clienteles wherein they are fond of fast

bookings on their travel or tour packages. The difference is that they are the ones who
8

are strict in their time flights that’s why they engage in travel agencies that does all the

work for them, the only thing that needs to be done by them is to go and enjoy their

flight and follow their requested tour package.

Businessman/woman

The major market segment that surrounds our location, given the fact that

Makati city is a high standard area, many negotiators or businessmen roam around the

city proper looking for places to unwind and spend their hard worked cash. Targeting

the groups of wealthy negotiators would be our greatest advantage, due to direct

referrals to their other connections.

Celebrities

Another target group of our agency are the celebrities, which are commonly

known to be residing near Makati or in Makati city proper. Like the businessmen the

celebrities are also the type of people who are always busy, always tired and

exhausted. With their large sum of money they don’t intend on booking cheap flights

and a weak organization of a tour package, given the fact that our agency strives to give

the best packages to our clients, an assurance of having a splendid package would

surely ooze their minds.

Average class

Average class is another target market of our company. They might not attain a

large sum of money but they are the link or the middle man between our company and

other potential clients. They are the primary source of advertisement and promotion
9

wherein they function as a story teller to their friends, family and even their boss and

colleagues. They bring in a lot of Walk in clients and they also possess the majority

umber of population that certainly books tour packages consistently.
