MEETING MINUTES OF THE 2nd PROJECT MEETING

The Second meeting of the Erasmus+ Ka229 project ‘’back to school,Back to the Future ‘’ was held
from 25th to 28th March 2019 in Heerlen , Holland.

The Turkish delegation from Küçükköy Çatalhüyük Secondary School arrived on March 24th and
departed on March 29th 2019.

The delegation was composed by four teachers.

The Italian delegation from Carrieri didactito XXIII arrived on March 24th and departed on March
29th 2019.

The delegation was composed by two teachers.

The Spanish delegation from Espriu Montgat arrived on March 24th and departed on March 29th
2019.

The delegation was composed by three teachers.

The Slovakian delegation from ……………. arrived on March 24th and departed on March 29th 2019.

The delegation was composed by three teachers.

The Polish delegation from ……………. arrived on March 24th and departed on March 29th 2019.

The delegation was composed by three teachers.

The host organisation of the 2nd meeting was the Dutch school Bernardinuscollege .

On 25th March 2019, at 08:30 am All the participants arrived at the school and were welcomed by
the teachers of the host school – Bernardinuscollege. One of the teacher guided participants for
school tour.

In the afternoon, Project coordinator Jan de Heer and one of his colleague presented Dutch
Education system . He also explained the system about how they control and prevent school
absenteesm and how they motivate their students at school.
On 26th March 2019 at 09.00 am , Teachers met at Bernardinuscollege. Erik Schneider guided us to
the Primary school ‘’ Windkind’’. Participants were welcomed by the teachers of Windkind Primary
school. After explanations ,touring the school and classrooms ,sharing ideas , asking questions
,teachers departed for Bernardinuscollege.

In the afternoon , Project meeting was held in Bernardinuscollege .

They discussed and made decisions on the following:

1. Discussion of the Project activities completed till now or in progress activities

All partners agreed on ;

 Uploading Project activities on the website by Turkish partner.

 disseminating Project activities on the Project corner of all schools.
 E-twinning coordinated by Spanish partner ,uploading E-twinning videos and
presentations made by students.
 April activity which is Artistic Workshop , will be done in April . Each schools will
decide which artistic workshop will be based on the needs and interests of students.

2. Discussing the periods of online meetings

All partners agreed on ;

 Periods of online meetings will be held when needed.

3. Disscussing additional Project activities ( deciding on the activities and dates , description
of the activities.)
All partners agreed on ;

 Mascots : All partner schools have mascots ,during this meeting they will be
shared among schools.
 My Future Job: ( In May, before Poland meeting) Team activity ,4 or 5
posters will be made by the group of students from different graders.
 Perfect match (Memory game) : ( October,2019) Professions will be
discussed and decided in Poland meeting in May,2019.
 Magic Bus : It will be discussed in May meeting,2019 .
  Penfriendship : ( first letters will be posted by the end of the April,2019)

Spain – Turkey
Slovakia – Italy
Poland - Netherlands

Letters will be posted to the school adresses ,teachers will give to the students.

• Short film : The date of the activity will be decided in May meeting . Netherlands
is responsible for making short film .

 Online meetings with students : Netherlands will organize the activity. It

will be about introducing the particular jobs in their country.

On 27th of March ; Teambuilding Activity

All the participants were taken to Valkenburg which is a historical area and famous for its mines.
Teambuilding activity was held in a mine ,underground. After the activity , We had free time in
Valkenburg.

On 28th of March ; Cultural excursion in Maastricht

Started at 11.00 am. The history teacher of Bernardinuscollege guided the participants in Maastricht.
We had farewell dinner in a restaurant in Maastricht.
