 FRAMECAD® Metal Roof Tile offer:

1. Minimum order quanity: one 20” container

(approximately 8,000 pieces for Stone Coated Tiles and Approximately 11,000 pieces for PVC Painted Tiles)

2. Lead Time
a. Less than 2 colours : 2-3 weeks
b. More than 2 colours : 2-4 weeks

3. Payment Terms: 100% payment prior to delivery by T/T remittance (or by negotiation)

Packaging
1. Minimum 500 pieces per pallet
Maximum 16 pallets per 20” container

2. Pallet dimensions approximately 1000mm (Width) x 1200mm (Length) x 1000mm (Height)

3. Storage: All products should be stored indoors or undercover.

Fixing locations

With Batten
Use 50mm fastener

When screwing in fasteners, always face the eaves while standing on top of the tiles
being installed. Ensure fastenings are positioned on the crest above pan not in water channel.
In high winds or coastal regions, use a minimum of 6 fasteners per tile.
After fastening, in order to prevent water damage always use an adhesive / sealant to finish.

 INSTALLATION - Barge Boards
When using side flashing install the batten above the rafter and match the top of the barge board to the top of
the batten. The edge of the steel roof tiles must be bent up so that the part tucked into the side flashing is long
enough to prevent water ingress / damage.
