A new chapter for Utah’s fastest growing startup

PROVO, Utah, March 1, 2019—Chatbooks, an online photo book company and one of Utah’s
fastest growing startups announced Dan Jimenez will become its new CEO on March 1, 2019.
Current CEO Nathan Quigley’s decision to step down stemmed from a desire for more family
time.

Quigley co-founded Chatbooks with his wife in 2014. Chatbooks has quickly grown into a multi-
million dollar startup and was recognized as the 2016 Utah Top 100 Emerging Elite Winner, the
2016 Utah’s Top 25 Under 5- 1st fastest growing startup, and as Utah Valley’s #1 startup to
watch.

Dan Jimenez, who joined the company in April 2015 and is set to replace Quigley, stated, “I’m
very excited for this new step to continue building the dream that Nathan created. I want to build
something that’s going to outlive me.”

Jimenez’s current position with Chatbooks is Chief Operating Officer and when he assumes his
position as CEO, will lead the 85+ employees.

Quigley stated, “Chatbooks exists to help people hold on to what matters… I’m glad to have
been a part of that process.”

Chatbooks states that creating photo books doesn’t have to be time-consuming. Through their
innovative yet simple-to-use system, photos from a phone are uploaded into their software where
they can be customized into high-quality photo books.
