Both parties declare an interest in the sale and purchase of goods under the present contract and
undertake to observe the following agreement:

1. PRODUCTS and PRICE

Under the present contract, the seller (exporter) undertakes to provide, and the buyer to

This leter will serve to confirm our agreement regarding your purchase of, and payment for, certain
merchandise form our company

We have agreed to ship the following merchandise to you :

You agree to abide by our printed terms and conditions, and you additionally agree to pay for the
merchandise in 60% advance payment with Ex Works shipment. The 60% advance payment shall be
sent via Bank Central Asia so as shortly after the item has been sent. It will be sent on March 20,
2019. With estimated time of arrival is 30 days and insurance covered by the buyer.

Please sign a copy of this letter and return it to me. Upon receipt of your confirmation of our
agreement, I shall release shipment of the aforementioned merchandise.
