New Content

- Added Rapid Fire talent (requires Rapid Reload).

Balance Changes
- BIG CHANGE: degrees of success now matter for spells cast as attacks, and only
touch spells do not incur AoO (though spellsword reverts this to pre-change). Cast
enchantments now cast with DoS equal to the level of the component in question.
Tweaked some talents to reflect this.
- Raised cost of heal effect.
- Rebalance armor magic effect (cheaper, but costs the same when used on physical
armor pieces).
- Increased the cost of resistance magical effects.
- Mara's Gift power now only functions on the character themselves (while Blessed
Touch only works on others).
- Increased weapon quality proven values for higher quality weapons by 1 (expensive
- 3, extravagant - 4, exquisite - 5)
- Quick draw cannot be used to reload for free (lol).
- "Crushing" attacks made while grappling cannot win special effects, but auto-hit
with no defense.
- Attacks made against a grappled opponent can only use small or medium sized
weapons.
- Light Crossbow pen is now 20.
- Charging into contact allows the character to make an attack as a free action.

Error Fixes/Clarifications
- Fixed some typos!
- Specified that natural weapons cannot be disarmed.
- Clarified Take Weapon combat style wording.
- Made it more obvious that you can move and attack for free.
- Specified how you add new combatants to initiative order (you just roll and slot
them in normally, not too hard)
