TROY SCHOOL DISTRICT PRESCHOOL 2019-2020 OIN THE EXPLORERS IN BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL CHILD CARE Stal The child care staff is headed by qualified, experienced professionals and paraprofessionals who have training in child development. All staff complete 16 hours annually in child development and practices. Occasional Sessions Families may add additional sessions occasionally by contacting the office at 248-823-3000. Additional sessions will be added to your child's account. To add an additional session, parents must call the Troy School District Preschool office, 248-823-3000 at least 24-48 hours in advance to verify space availability and to confirm attendance for each session needed, Occasional sessions can be added if account is in good standing. Schedule options are: Full Time: The same session every day, Monday-Friday Part Time: A regular schedule (same days each week) (ie: Mon/Wed/Fri each week) Half Days and Early Release Days are according to the TSD Calendar Specials: Non-scheduled school days (ie: mid-winter break/spring break) Monday -Friday: 6:30-8:00 (or 8:30am 3:00 (or 3:30)-6:00pm Open every school day 6:30am to 6:00pm (closed during school hours). Late pick up fees are charged after scheduled closing *Closed holidays & snow emergency days 4 Feeds (based on $8.50/kn.) All fees are paid in advance, on or before the first day of each month: Families are invoiced on the 15th of the month for child care fees. Fees are due on the 1st of the month. The Troy School District staff receive a 20% discount. Families have option to set up automatic payment for monthly fees through their SQUARE account. Ifa parent or guardian chooses to withdraw their child from the child care program, a two-week written notice is required to the child care office at Niles. Adding days to the schedule is possible whenever space is available. Trading or dropping days is NOT permitted.
