Test of the MEP-scrubber has been performed according to agreed protocol in order to prove compliance with the
discharge limitation requirements of MARPOL Resolution MEPC. 259 (68), 2015 concerning Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems.
The measured values for SO2/CO2 ratio, PH, PAH and turbidity are in full compliance with requirements of the resolution.

SOx SCRUBBER ME Production is a Danish developer and manufacturer of customized emission reduction

UPGRADE PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER

INNOVATION
ME Production has won the Environmen-
tal Performance Award for our sodium
carbonate dosing unit for scrubber
systems. The system has been developed
for open and closed loop scrubbers
as well as for the hybrid scrubber. The
dosing system injects sodium carbonate
into the process water as reducing agent
instead of the more expensive and
difficult to handle sodium hydroxide
(caustic soda).

highly professional maritime service
department since 1980, and our service
engineers travel the world to assist our
customers. We offer a 24 hour call
service for troubleshooting and field
service coordination. We have critical
spare parts in stock and are able to
deliver worldwide if needed.

UPGRADES
When it comes to scrubber knowhow,
ME Production is your preferred partner.
In addition to our own systems, we are
able to offer upgrades to other manufacturers’ scrubber systems. An upgrade can e.g. include
installation of a dosing system on an existing system, a new control system or troubleshooting to
fix a malfunctioning scrubber system.
