As the leader of applied Artificial Intelligence at HCSC, you�ll be part of a

As the leader of the Applied Artificial Intelligence discipline, you�ll lead

a team responsible for curating, designing, developing, and delivering highly
engaging AI driven use cases that will fuel our growth as a data-driven company and
help the broader organization develop cutting-edge skills in machine learning and
artificial intelligence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

� Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology and 10

years experience in data and information management, or strategic consulting
environment with an information focus OR 2 or more advanced degrees and 9 in a
position which requires a combination of management expertise, healthcare
consulting background, data analysis and information reporting relating to
healthcare data OR 14 years experience in data and information management, or
strategic consulting environment with an information focus.

� Experience in strategy consulting and leading business strategy projects.

� Experience in Analytics Solution Development.

� Experience with enterprise-wide project coordination, project management,

facilitation, presentation, and leadership experience.

� Experience leading complex, cross-divisional initiatives with direct and in-

direct authority

� Experience with budget management including managing outside consultants.

� Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

� Experience with interacting successfully with senior management and staff across
multiple departments.
� Organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks.
PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

� Masters degree in Business

� Knowledge of healthcare information and analytics best practices.
