CITY RESOLUTION NO. 2008-100

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING T HE TRANSFER OF FUNDS

IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FORTY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS
(P42,000.00) TO BARANGAY SANGHAN, CITY OF
CABADBARAN, AGUSAN DEL NORTE, AS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE SHEDS AT
PUROKS 2 AND 8 OF THE SAID BARANGAY, CHARGEABLE
AGAINST THE LEGISLATIVE – CITY DEVELOPMENT
ASSISTANCE FUND (L-CDAF).

WHEREAS, Barangay Sanghan of this City, particularly in Purok

2 and Purok 8 need to have concrete Multi-Purpose Sheds for the
use of all its purok activities;

WHEREAS, the said barangay has insufficient budget to shoulder all

the necessary materials and provisions for the construction of the said
proposed priority project;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Sanghan, this City, submitted

Barangay Resolution No. 14, series of 2008, “A Resolution requesting for
financial assistance to Hon. Robert N. Cong, Vice Mayor, and the Sangguniang
Panglunsod Members, Cabadbaran City, thru their Legislative-City
Development Assistance Fund for the Construction of the Multi-Purpose
Sheds of Purok 2 and Purok 8, Barangay Sanghan, this City.

NOW THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED, by the 1st Sangguniang Panlungsod, in its 60 th

Regular Session assembled, to authorize the transfer of funds in the total
amount of Forty-two Thousand Pesos (P 42,000.00) to Barangay Sanghan, City
of Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte, as financial assistance for the construction
of Multi-Purpose Sheds at Puroks 2 and 8 of the said barangay, chargeable
against the Legislative-City Development Assistance Fund.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the total amount of Forty-two Thousand

Pesos (P 42,000.00) shall be taken from the Legislative City Development
Assistance Fund (L-CDAF) of the Sangguniang Panlungsod Members, and
the break down of which are as follows:

 Hon. Robert N. Cong P 20,000.00

 Hon. Harris Glenn D. Puyot 12,000.00
 Hon. Lorito Q. Maragañas 10,000.00
TOTAL P 42,000.00

RESOLVED FINALLY, to provide copies of this Resolution to

the City Budget Officer; the City Accountant; the City Planning and
Development Coordinator; the City Treasurer and the Council of Bgy.
Sanghan through Hon. Angelina B. Racho, Punong Barangay, all of this
City for information and guidance.
