Details of the ems KTM2 cold store hinged door:

I Door leaf
Thickness 80 mm, foamed with PU rigid
foam, propellent free of CFC and HCFK.
I Sealing
Grease-resistant EPDM insertion sealing on
three sides, held in plastic profiles. Lower
side with EPDM grinding rubber sealing. All
seals can be easily replaced.
Option: silicone sealing black or white
I Door frame in the event of installation in
brickwork:
Metallic frame 100 x 70 mm, foamed with PU
rigid foam. Sheet metal similar to that used
for the door leaf. With or without a threshold,
ready for installation and prepared for the
chosen panel thickness, including installation
material and instructions.
I Door frame in the event of installation in
panels:
Clamp frame 100 x 45 mm, sheet metal
similar to that used for the door leaf. With or
without a threshold, ready for installation and
prepared for the chosen panel thickness, in-
cluding installation material and instructions.
I Steel cover sheets
strip-galvanized, quality class Z275, corrosion
protection class III as per DIN 55928. 25 μm
polyester coating in industrial colours as per
ems colour chart.
Options:
Surface coating FS3000®, physiologically
harmless, in various colours, especially suit-
able for the food processing industry. Vertical
jointing between sheets from a clear width of
2,200 mm for central division, variable for
off-centre division.
I Stainless steel cover sheets
Nickel chromium steel (CNS) 1.4301, non-
corrosive as per DIN 17440, longitudinally
ground, circularly dulled or brushed.
Vertical jointing between sheets from a clear
width of 2,200 mm for central division, varia-
ble for off-centre division.
I Fittings
Standard design: Rising hinges made from
CNS 1.4301 in plastic compound, three-
dimensionally adjustable. ems Combi locking
with three keys and inner driving bolt.
