Srichid Digital Hospital offers a complete automated software solution for Hospitals. It
has centralized all of the data and distributes it accordingly. It allows the management
and other stakeholders to have complete trust in data accuracy. Digital HMIS
software used to digitally create, collect, store, manipulate, and relay office information

Patient Details & Registration: -

In Patient Registration, we are collecting all patient demographic details and generating
a unique PatientId. Here Patient will be able to select department based on which he
can select doctor according to doctor timings which are displaying on the main page
itself and later patient has to enter all his contact details like name, mobile number and
email which we were using for contact purpose for sending messages and mails
regarding appointment booking.
SMS and Email Sending after registration: - After patient successful registration we are
an email to registered email id and message to the registered mobile number. If any
appointment changes are there in date and time again, we are sending messages to
customer registered mobile number.
Dashboards: -
Dashboard is one of the important aspects where all will get all his jobs in single page
itself. Here in Digital HMIS we designed dashboards for each and every staff of hospital.
For Patient also we are providing one dashboard where patient will get all his old
medical history, some health tips.
Doctor Dashboard: - In this dashboard, Doctor will get all patients in which who
is current patient, number of patients waiting, total number of completed details.
Here doctor has a provision to see all patient records. Doctor has a provision to
book an equipment which is required.
We are providing two calendars for doctor, one for daily appointments
and one more for ot appointments. He has a provision of generating some reports
like Patient Assessment Report, Medication Report, Diagnosis Report, Test Report.

booking new appointment, edit an appointment and appointments calendar.
Receptionist has a provision to generate some reports like Date wise
appointments, Patient overall bills, Patient appointment report.

Customer Care Executive Dashboard: - Cce has the provision to fill all the patient
details for appointment confirmation. Cce can do new registration also. He has
provision to generate Id Cards of Staff.

 Nurse Dashboard: - In Nurse dashboard there is a provision to see the patients
list who all needed prescriptions, ot patients list and surgery patient’s checklist.
Nurse has the provision to send Consent for anaesthesia document, Surgery
booking or cancellation policy & procedures document to patient.
Pharmacist Dashboard: - In Pharmacist dashboard, there are four main aspects
are there like Outpatient dispensing, Outside prescriptions, Current stock, Add
stock and Daily Reports. Pharmacist has a provision to generate some inventory
reports like Pharmacy report, Purchase inward report, Purchase order report and
Purchase returns report.

Account Dashboard: - Accountant has a provision to set the Apportion Share List
of Employees. Accountant can generate some reports like Stake Reports
Consultation Pay, Lab test pay and Medicine sale reports.
HR Dashboard: - HR has the provision to view all the staff list like doctors list,
nurse list and other staff list separately.
Patient Dashboard: - Patient dashboard contains some features like some health
tips, doctor’s advice and his medical history. From dashboard also, patient can
book appointment. Medicines with dosage and all his tests documents patient can
be accessible from this dashboard. Here patient has a provision to give feedback
regarding treatment, consultation, security etc.
CEO Dashboard: - CEO has separate dashboard from where he can access all
the employees work like cce, receptionist, nurse etc., every one in the hospital.
Here he can see all the feedback lists.
Lab Assistant Dashboard: - Lab Assistant has one separate dashboard where he
will get all the patients list for tests. Here lab assistant has the provision to enter
test results, generating test reports and uploading test reports into dms.

Pharmacy and Stock: - Our Srichid Digital Hospital Management System is integrated
with Pharmacy and billing system. In Pharmacy itself the stock management will come
like purchase order, purchase inward and purchase returns. All the stock management
like medicines, consumables are maintaining in pharmacy.

OT Management: - Operation theatre management is one of the important aspects in

hospital management system. Here doctor has a provision to book an operation theatre.
Then ot staff members will book the equipment that is required in the process of
operation. For doctors we are showing one ot calendar also.

Lab Management: - Lab Management is also important aspect in hospital management

system where all samples will be collected by the staff. Results of the tests will be verified
and test results will be entered. Then, Lab assistant will generate the test reports he will
upload into the dms, after uploading the documents, both doctors and patients will be
able to see the documents.

Payroll Management: - The main goal of Payroll Management is to give salary to

hospital staff. Here mainly, Employee registration, Service registration and Payments
are the main modules. In this mainly we are getting monthly salary report, NEFT report,
Payslip reports.

Accounts: - Management accounting is a profession that involves partnering in

management decision making, devising planning and performance management systems,
and providing expertise in financial reporting and control to assist management in the
formulation and implementation of an organization's strategy.

OPD: - OPD is first point of contact between patient and hospital staff. OPD treatment
refers to the cases when the treatment and diagnosis of the ailment is done on advice of
a medical practitioner or doctor, by simply visiting their clinic or any other consultation
room. Here the patient visits the hospital, consult with the doctor for problem, take the
medicine prescribed by the doctor and go back. But if the doctor feels that the outdoor

patient requires admission and needs indoor treatment then the patient is kept in the
ward.

IPD: - In Inpatient Department, patient stay at hospital for day or more are considered
as inpatients. Here first room allotment will come for patient. Nurse observations and
daily check-up’s will be done by the doctor. Here nurse has a provision that, daily to
collect vital parameters of the patient. Consumables usage, Service usage can be used
by nurse. Here nurse has one more provision to see the progress list of the patient and
he can add the current progress of the patient also. If any emergency is there doctor
can prescribe patient for surgeries also from here some more functionalities will come
like insurance claiming, surgery booking & cancellation procedures.

management professionals to understand because it has broad implications for securing
