Dear Madam/Sir, this report is the esteem of your weekly metabolic commitment to walk and to perform physical activities of moderate and vigorous intensities. The calculations have
the purpose of sorting your daily physical activity in order to know if the quantity and the quality of weekly movement should be increased, or not, in order to assure prevention of all
those diseases found correlated with a sedentary lifestyle. This automatic report was created by Andrea Di Blasio, Ph.D., Francesco Di Donato, B.Sc. and Christian Mazzocco, at
"Endocrinology Unit" of the "Department of Medicine and Aging Sciences" of "G. d'Annunzio" University of Chieti-Pescara (Italy), following the IPAQ scoring protocol.

Walking 0 MET-min/week 0.00 Kcal/week

Moderate physical activities 0 MET-min/week 0.00 Kcal/week
Vigorous physical activities 0 MET-min/week 0.00 Kcal/week
Total 0 MET-min/week 0.00 Kcal/week

Weekly physical activity level

According to your report, from Monday to Friday, the time spent in sedentary activities is, meanly,
0 hour/s 0 minutes/day

COMMENT
Both quantity and quality of your daily physical activity need improvement. You should dedicate 150 to 300 minutes per week to moderate intensity physical activity to
promote prevention of cardiometabolic diseases and some cancers. In parallel, you also should reduce your sedentary time. More than 7 hours per day of sedentary
activity is associated with an increase of 60% in the risk of death, compared to those total less than 1. An optimal target is to maintain daily sedentary time below to 4
hours, even if this may not always be possible because of health and/or job characteristics.
MET-min/week. The Metabolic Equivalent of Task (MET), or metabolic equivalent, is a physiological measure expressing the energy cost of physical activities and is defined as the ratio of metabolic rate (and therefore the rate of energy consumption) during a specific physical activity to a
reference metabolic rate, usually represented by resting metabolic rate. In this case, the variable MET-min/week expresses weekly metabolic engagement in walking, and in both moderate and vigorous physical activities practice.

This report does not constitute diagnosis.

Do not forget to consult your physician before to start a physical exercise program.
