This is a case study assignment and must be done in a group (4 – 5). It requires you to apply the
knowledge and skills that you have learned in the subjects to make assessment on the policy you have
chosen. Please note that there is no right or wrong answer. Assessment is based on your argument, logic
and application of public policy knowledge. The guidelines for preparing you case study is as follows:
