12. Group direction:

 LOG RECORD- Asking for photographs, phone numbers if they are correct and signing
up the log records done by the teachers up to now.
 Teachers’ Schedule tended to talk to parents- Remind them they can get close to talk to
the teachers in the Schedule set previously by the school.
 Agenda: be aware of the virtual agenda at least weekly.

 To pick up someone who represents the parents at school.

 Classroom plan,theme and explanation to be developed in each academical term.
 Remind parents about their children’s look: monthly haircut, got a shave for kids, make up
prohibited on Young ladies, polished shoes, White sport shoes with white long socks and
brown with daily uniform, stocking anklets are not allowed, and tight sport wear either,
well dressed tie. Please make a review of students look from their houses.
 Delays: After the third delay students sign up the log record and sixth one they’ll be
sanctioned affecting their process of learning and sense of belonging. They are non-
attendances.
 Non- attendance, In case of non-attendance at school, excuses will be mandatory
It must be set written, and parents signature shows to the coordinator in order to be
sealed to let students present their homework assignments.
 Seizure: Every tech electronic device or gadget will be confiscated: earphones, Cell
phones. Tablets and so on, as they are not part of the school’s belongings students need
to study.
 School licenses.: They must be written and submit to the school coordination,attached to
phone number and parents signature.
Book of Cambridge. Purchase of the Cambridge book is needed in order to get an
academical English process in class for all of graders with strong emphasis on it.
