6. Perform business operations for example sales and campaigns.

For performing business operations like sales and campaigns, you have to follow the
following steps:

Step#1: Once you are already logged in salesforce.com go to the nine dots option at the
top left of the page.

Step#2: After clicking on the nine dots, a window will pop up. Select the all apps option
and then select campaign.
Step#3: After selecting campaign select new on the screen that appears.

Step#4: fill in the form that pops up after clicking on new and then press save.
Step#5: once you’ve saved your campaign then go to view campaign hierarchy option.

Step#6: now you can view your campaign hierarchy, that is, all the campaigns you’ve
done under a single campaign or parent campaign. To view all of your campaigns click
on campaign option.
Step#7: here you can view all of the campaigns that you’ve created so far.
