1. Vincent proposed: well-known all over UST, self-sustainable, no need extra effort to work on
2. Final goal: be commonly used among UST similar to UST Space and USThing
3. Short-term goal: Find ITSC  confirm  recruit  start to implement the platform (in a
month)
Mid-term goal: before spring / summer: fully developed the platform  find 3-5 courses (by
finding prof) to implement
4. Brian suggest postponed to summer (because may take long time to develop))

Brian: choose to use anonymous
2. Pros:
a. Can view back the question being answered
b. May reduce workload of professors
3. Concerns:
a. Similar problem as asking through email: 1. Cannot answer immediately 2. Difficult
to answer descriptively (e.g. including equations, graphs…) 3. Difficult to further ask
(Possible soln: add 約時間 func (similar to Doodle) + video call func)
b. Ss may not want to ask
(Possible soln: -use of Chinese
-forum format (but may have concerns about credibility)
-some incentive, haven’t come up with that yet)
need to know more about ppl’s thought
4. Limitation:
a. Prof may afraid of setting standard  not join
(only way is to avoid those courses  start implementing in some courses  spread
step to step).

e. Include what element that can encourage you to use it?

f. Add time schedule func (with prototype shown) what’s your view to it? Will it be
more convenient?

3. Recently no need to find more ppl:
1st: talk with ITSC  decide recruit webpage ppl
2nd: after first launch  decide recruit ppl from other department
